Goeken Group Corp. a privately held company founded by world-renowned entrepreneur John D. Goeken, better known as Jack.
Jack founded many companies involving innovative technologies throughout his lifetime. The most well-known was Microwave Communications, Inc. “MCI” a company that changed the entire industry of telecommunications. MCI became a world-wide company which expanded into 65 countries with revenues of more than $35 Billion. Jack also founded the world’s largest data network that later became known as FTD Floral Network, before founding Airfone, the world’s first air to ground telephone. Jack was honored by numerous prestigious organizations and institutions in his lifetime, including being inducted into the CRN Technology Hall of Fame along with other tech giants such as Microsoft’s Bill Gates and Apple’s Stephen Jobs.
Jack passed away in September 2010. With Jack’s legacy for innovation in mind, Goeken Group Corp. continues.
